Housing

This is a housing that we machined for a company that makes Radio Frequency (RF) amplifiers for mission critical applications. This part was machined from a solid block of 6061T6 aluminum. Notice the 2 fins at the very outside edges of the part, they are 1/8" wide and 1 3/4" deep. Because of the boss that protrudes from the wall and the fact that the slot is closed off on the one end we were not able to saw these.
